- Visit the official website www.ibps.in and click on the "CRP SPL" link on the homepage.
- Select "Click Here to Apply Online for CRP-Specialist Officers (CRP SPL-XVI)" to open the application form.
- Click "Click Here for New Registration" and enter basic details to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Log in again using the provisional credentials to complete the application form.
- Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and SSC/SSLC/10th standard certificate as per specifications.
- Capture and upload a live photograph via webcam or mobile phone.
- Verify all details carefully, since no changes are allowed after clicking "Complete Registration" (except during the 2-day Edit Window).
- Pay the applicable application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Download and print the system-generated application form and e-receipt for future reference.
